He is Conversant with Multi-State, Non Resident, AMTI, Foreign Tax Issues to name a few. You can also consult him for reducing transportation cost by organizing better logistics, design benefits plan according to company requirement and guidance on tax, equity and operational issues. Mr. Parekh performed due diligence for merger of i2P, Inc. with Lattice Semiconductor Corporation; and aWz.com, Inc. with Global Children's Network, Inc. Previous to working for FacTS, he worked for Lat Naylor/Think Tank in San Francisco, CA from 1992 to 1998 as Finance Manager/COO. He was wholly responsible for all financial dealings and business decision-making in the company and was involved in the day-to-day fiscal operation, business development, and cost control of the company. Mr. Parekh expanded sale by co-starting three clothing lines in different target markets. These lines contributed to 45% sales of the company. He also developed placement opportunities by researching European and Japanese markets, successfully launched new product in Japan. and analyzed customer credit to reduce bad debt ratio less than one percent.

Mr. Parekh is an Enrolled Agent Licensed to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service in all the 50 states of United States of America. He has Master of Business Administration from San Francisco State University and BS in Chemical Engineering from Gujarat University, India.
